Focused on aesthetics, not on functionality and ease of use – Oasis Employee Connect Review

The new GUI looks better but functionally falls flat. The new calendar icons and way of listing pay stubs by month is cumbersome. The old list view was much easier and quicker to pick an old check based upon the date (which were all lined up consistently in a single list for the year), and easy to sort through quickly. You added additional clicks. I used to see my earnings details right on the stub. Now, I have to click “view detail” to see that. That’s unnecessary. Why did you remove functionality, such as compensation history, and seeing total compensation for previous years? The thing that needed the biggest facelift was your icon, yet that remains unchanged. Don’t sacrifice ease of use and functionality just for a newer looking GUI.
