What's with reupdating the 64 bits? – Shantae: Risky's Revenge FULL Review

I've updated my Shantae game's 64 bits that kept telling me to download the iOS 10 version in order to update this one like three or four times already, I mean why do I have to keep redownloading in order to re update this game like over and over again, its gotta stop, so why don't the App Store guys fix this one to where I can just update this 64 bits version of this game without having to redownload the iOS 10 version for this game's update all over again? its driving me crazy.
