Wish I could make a better player – MotorTrend+: Watch Car Shows Review

MTOD has great content but the video player does it a disservice. If I get the video to play via Chromecast, I have to remember to not leave the app open when I put my phone down because the moment I unlock my screen the video will go back to the beginning. With the latest update I get 3 seconds of video running and the rest is just buffering. I like the MTOD exclusives like Roadkill Garage but all I can do right now is sit here powerless about it as I can neither make a better app nor can I just resort to streaming it off YouTube.
