Can't resolve problem – Nightmares from the Deep™: Davy Jones, Collector's Edition HD Review

I liked this game well enough to buy it. Can't open the bought game or this freebie even after following instructions here. Also won't let me redownload the one I bought. Says I have to pay and I have my Apple receipt showing I already paid. Don't know how to resolve this.
