Something wrong with the taser – AppFusion - 6 in 1! Review

Hi, I’m a kid who has anger issues, and I recently tried to taser my cat. Unfortunately, the taser didnt do anything... I think the volts aren’t high enough to feel the shock. Please fix this admittedly!!!! Or if I’m doing something wrong, please address this issue!! P.S: I LOVE BUBBLE WRAP !!
