Good in concept poor in execution – TransLoc Rider Review

5 minutes away for a bus either means 15 minutes away or the bus passed 5 minutes ago. The timing estimations are atrocious and for an app that's supposed to make getting from place to place in a timely fashion easier that flaw must be fixed immediately. The only thing this app is good for is if you're already on a bus and want to know where the next stop is so you can get off and walk to where you're going instead. At least if you are walking there is no one to blame but you. I wish that I could rate this app less than one star. Just today I had a bus that was “approaching the stop” for almost twenty minutes, fix the app please. So many of us rely on it being consistent.
