Just Want To Be On Time
Trying to Hear
There‘a a delay in showing the accurate arrival time which is frustrating because one minute you’re thinking your bus is 39 minutes away when it’s really 3 minutes away. Another app I installed had it the arrival time correct but they don’t show a bus icon moving so I felt that part was unfortunate.

The tracking feature is great — it’s nice to see where buses are so I can be at the bus stop on time. However, the notification feature is useless, which is unfortunate b/c it used to work well.

This is just an awful app. I’m sick of being late to class because instead of letting us know the bus is going to stop for 5 minutes it says less than 1 minute away. Sick of lines not being accurate. Sick of out of service but watch it go past me.. all in all just needs so much work.
App is great. But....

The app is great but when I need a bus around a certain time and I know it on its way. The app sometimes say “No Predictions” so When I walk out the house I don’t know what time it will be at my stop

The app works good on my campus for the most part, but occasionally doesn’t have any information on the bus times. It will just say “no predictions.” This is the only problem I’ve had with the app.

An app that allows you to be informed about your trip. You can plan accordingly with this fantastic tool. One of the most productive and proficient apps available. And with Alert notifications set, you just about know where the issues are ! Outstanding!

I’m a student of NC state and use the app to check the route no 1 and 9 of wolfline . The app is so inefficient and doesn’t show the proper timings of the buses . I switched between 2 bus stops twice to catch the bus and head to my morning class . When I was waiting at one bus stop the other bus to the other bus stop would arrive . I hated my morning Rider ruined it for me several times I was late to class several times due to the wrong predictions of rider . And I ended up spending so much money for Uber’s
Love the app, but timing could improve

I have enjoyed using this app. Would have given 5 stars but there are times when arriving times are off or there’s no data at all (dreaded ‘no prediction’). If those can improve this would be a stellar app.
