Horrible customer service!! – Wildflower Cases - Share the #wildflowerlove Review

I purchased a phone case for my niece for Xmas 2 months prior to her opening her Xmas present. Unfortunately she got a new phone for xmas and the case I purchased from Wildflower didn’t fit her new phone. So I tried returned the unused product, but they wouldn’t let me. So now I’m stuck with a $35 phone case that no one can use. I can’t even sell it on eBay for $35. The worst part is when I tried writing a bad review on their fb page, they deleted it. They will be going out of business within a year or two if they keep treating their customers poorly. My niece loves their cases, but I refuse to buy from Wilflower.com. I’ve spent at least $200 on phone cases at other online stores and I know I’m going to spend a lot more money in the future, but I will never buy from Wildflower.com again.
