Hints erase played letters! And, can't progress. – What's the Flick Review

First time playing, I couldn't get one title. I filled in part of it, then asked for a letter hint. It erased what I'd entered, then gave me one of the letters I'd already played! Bogus. I also couldn't figure out how to open a new level. Maybe you can't if you haven't completed the one you're on, I don't know. If so, that's bogus too. It means if you can't get one, you can't play the game any more.
