No Tech Support!! – Zangi Messenger Review

I downloaded Zangi on the advice of my son who works on a cruise ship and was looking for a way to keep in touch while using very little data. It worked great for one night. Since then, it’s been awful. I guess I made the mistake of downloading it to my IPad Pro the day after I downloaded it to my iPhone. It required me to set up my account on the IPad as if my account didn’t already exist through my phone. The next morning, I couldn’t access my account through my phone or my iPad!! It kept telling me that I had tried the wrong “verification code” too many times and I would now have to wait another 24 hours before trying again!!! I looked all over their website for help, with no success. I even emailed them about my problem, but have not received any reply whatsoever. This evening, I was able to access the account on my iPad at last, but when I tried to access it through my phone, it wanted me to setup my account like new again and then I got the same message about not using the right verification code and needing to wait 24 hours. When I tried to go back into my iPad app (which I never signed out of), I could no longer access it either. And where is the tech support? How do you sign in once you’ve created an account? I’ve had enough! I’m looking elsewhere.
