Won't let me download videos – Discover PhotoAround Review

It allows me to download pictures but when I try to download a video it keeps saying "Error please check access setting for camera roll" even though it's already on. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning the camera roll access setting in and off, and powering my phone off then back on but it still doesn't work. :/
