Closed within minutes of submission – Get It Done San Diego Review

This app is completely fail. I filed uneven pavement and potholes at 16481-16899 camino Del Norte since there was no action to fix it for at least almost 9 years... the response that I got within minutes was "CLOSED requested outside service area" then who's supposed to be in charge of fixing this road? You guys are busy having politics at each other claiming this isn't your road and that belongs to another county while the residents around there are paying the price.
