APP DOESN'T WORK !!!!!!!!!! – Find The Difference ? What’s the Difference Review

I just paid the $1.99 to get the full version, and it doesn't work. The page will not fully load up. Thus, you cannot access anything. I WANT A REFUND, but the developer for this APP, eliminated access to himself. He has no website or contact info. I wish I read the other reviews before spending, I mean losing my $1.99. I am Very Disappointed. PopPopbm.
