Too many glitches – Geofilter Maker- Geo-filter Maker for Snap Review

I paid the 3.99 to remove the watermark but when I got to save it asks if I want to remove the watermark for 1.99. Then there are not options to submit to Snapchat like the pictures show. And every time I open the app it has to restore my 3.99 purchase before it unlocks the special borders and stickers. If it worked like advertised it would be amazing!
