No Support – XLR8 Review

I bought the app and upgraded my iOS to 11. I lost the multipack after doing so. Sent an email to Apple and they said to re-download the game then, contact the company 2XLgames.com. The email never goes through. Tried to call customer support and no answer. If a representative from the company is reading this, contact me. I want my money back. --- Update --- The developer never did reply (yet). Apple e-mailed me saying to go thru the steps to buy again. Got message as Apple said...already purchased item. Didn't have to buy again. That's a GOOD Apple. Thanks!
