App Crashing/Cant Use – SpinTales Review

Downloaded app on 2 different ipads. It prompts you to create login info and as soon as you click submit it crashes on both devices. Did chat with support on website, no help. Sent email to company, no response. Returning product. Cant use. Was my daughters birthday present. Very disappointed.
