Good prequel to get in shape for the big app – Zombies, Run! 5k Training Review

I initially tried to jump right into the Zombies! Run! app but quickly discovered that I was not nearly in shape enough to handle it. This app uses the same format to get you able to handle the running needed to really play the full app.
