Hate that I never hear from the support team – PromptRemote Review

Honestly I do like the app. There is a potential but despite buying it I never get support. I wonder and asked the team if there is a way to add the markers into the document while editing in word (maybe special character or such) but this time too I get no reply. So sad Too bad
