No Customer Support – BlindSquare Review

I'm not sure what the point is to paying $39.99 for an app which no customer support exists. The app is difficult to navigate and prompts many questions. I contacted the developers prior to purchase and received NO RESPONSE. I then tried contacting them via Twitter and received NO RESPONSE despite the fact they were active on Twitter. Lack of response and non-existent customer service service is pretty useless, unprofessional and frustrating.
