Promising but won't scan small qr codes – Inventory Scanner X Review

I'm limited to using small .5 by 1.5 inch asset tags with a small qr code. This app won't scan the small codes on iPhone 7 plus, but will scan them with iPad Air. Unfortunately can't put an iPad in my pocket! Will scan other larger bar codes with iPhone, but not small qr codes, which I have confirmed to be valid and working with another scanner. Disappointed that I can't use this with the required sized asset tag I have to use, would be nice if developers could add more support for iPhone 7 plus and small qr codes (small codes DO scan on iPad!)
