Sleep finally – Sleep Well Hypnosis Review

I Dow loaded this app a while ago to help me sleep. I was going through an insomnia phase and gave it a try. I had no expectations on this, I don’t really know much about hypnosis, but decided to test it out. First night I slept like an old man. It kept up until I needed space on my phone so I deleted and forgot. Been sick the past 5 weeks and I remembered the sleep well app. I falling asleep before the recording was even over. I don’t think I’ve ever heard the whole thing. But I’ve been sleeping all night and not waking until my alarm. If I have to use the bathroom, I go and fall asleep right after I get back into bed. I’m not deleting this time.
