The Total Charges filter is now broken – StreetEasy NYC Rentals & Sales Review

In addition it would be great to add filters on "estimated payments" and on "price per square foot" Update - 9/14/2017: I can't comprehend how some of the search filters, in particular the "total charges" are still broken after all this time!
