It's such an obvious premise to warp/jump from bottom to top and back, yet I don't know of any game that had a system like this. Beyond the simple gameplay is an RPG element that gives the gameplay depth, a staple of Radian Games. There are a lot of options and levels, which keeps the simple gameplay from becoming boring. That gives it an element of exploration, despite levels being linear. Watch some videos and try it. The good reviews are well earned.
