Grave Digger? – Drift Wars Review

First off I love the game but have one little problem..... in the photos on the App Store for the game there is a pretty obvious picture of the world famous GRAVE DIGGER monster truck in the dunes but, upon looking at the cars the I noticed that it wasn't in the game. Is this something to do with legal issues with the GRAVE DIGGER team or is it a teaser for a future update?
