Level ups – Seaside Getaway: The Hidden Object Adventure Review

I have been accumulating XP, however my game hasn't gone to the next level for about 2 weeks?. I am still having this problem and the support team hasn't addressed the issue. It's been a week now. I have emailed them and these issues have still not been addressed. Good luck to you guys??. It is now August 4 and the problem has still not been addressed. I, therefore, am not receiving gold, magnifying glasses and additional life. Still no response over a week later. Upgraded the game, still my game doesn't go to the next level?
