Can't get past creating a profile – Mystery Trackers: Nightsville Horror - A Hidden Object Adventure Review

The game locks the screen. I can't do anything once the app is open (iPhone7). Can't create the profile, can't exit it. Unable to play the game. Sounds like they need to do some compatibility testing on this one. I see another review from November that this has happened before...
