BEWARE! – Kaspersky Safe Kids with GPS Review

I've contacted Kaspersky, contacted Apple and now erased my iPad completely. This app needs to download a profile onto your "restrictions" on your iPad. It has glitched somehow and now will not allow for any password to help me remove it. No password reset, even deleting the app, deleting my account with Kaspersky has helped it come off. I'm the parent! It will not allow me to take off so I cannot watch or use certain apps on my iPad or even download them. I'm so irritated that no one can help me after being on the phone with Kaspersky for over 30 minutes and all Apple said they could do was erase and start iPad all over. That didn't even work. So now, the only option is that I have to lose all my pictures and erase all apps completely (aka don't iCloud backup). *updated to respond to Developer...I called Kaspersky again and after another 40 minutes, they said there is nothing they can do and if they could do it, it may end up costing me service fee of ~$50 because of how they operate. So, after developer comment, me calling another time, still nothing they can do. Great job Kaspersky on fixing an issue YOUR app caused/ IS the issue.
