I think I broke it? – City 2048 Review

So first off, I'm a huge fan! Been playing for as long as I can remember. I just got to "the last district" (district 19) and I can no longer use powerups. I have 30+ redo, 2 "lottery 38" random, and 2 trash cans. When I click on any of them they animate as if I clicked them but they do NOTHING ? At this point in the game, I NEED those powerups to work. I've already reset my phone and closed out the app. My current "population" is 229240 and it says my "best" is 166000. Please don't tell me I'm "SOL" and have to start over. Lol Love your game, keep up the good work!!!
