This does work – Night Web Browser by Alex Review

I bought this, and was initially disappointed. Went back and read the reviews, and yes, this does work almost too well IF YOU ARE BROWSING the web through the app. You have to use the second to last tab to the right on the bottom of the app I browse. I do wish this was applied to everything on my phone, but it doesn't. Would I buy it again? No. But, it DOES do what it says it would do perfectly.
