Great app but I can't use it – Creatures FX Forces of Nature: A Movie Director App with Video Effects Review

I used this app for many effects for my movies and now I'm doing a dinosaur movie so I decided to use this app again but when I got in it said error data not in the correct format please developer please fix this!!!
