I was so excited to get this game but plz tell me why it is crap CRAP!

So I have found various problems after using this app several times. First of all, maybe effects don't let you purchase them for some reason, I tried to buy all the dragon effects and some others but it kept saying error every time. Also, some effect previews show the wrong effect so u have no idea what your getting! Thirdly, for some reason every time you open the app, it says "downloading" which is extremely annoying. Lastly, and the worst of everything is that the app doesn't not work if you aren't in wifi or cellular data. For some reason the effects don't show a preview, a preview of the effect when your recording, change which side the fx is on, and the effect has no sound! One more thing quickly, there is a babe dinosaur fx in the fantasy category, lol. Also we need more dinosaur fx, the app shows other dinosaurs such as brachiosaurus but there isn't even one. Please fix the bugs and add the features so the app can become useable and fun.... Update: app no longer works at all(at least for me)
When I open the app it says error data could not be found

When I open this app is says "error data could not be found because it is not in the correct format" how do I fix this?

I liked this app but now no categories show up so it doesn't work at all.
There's some problems with this.

First, the effects don't show up after you tap the Start button. Second, it's not compatible with iOS 10. Please fix these. Thanks.
