Very helpful – FastHabit Intermittent Fasting Review

I really enjoy this app, before using it I had never fasted. This made it almost like I had a fast trainer(if there is such a thing), encouraged me to keep it going. I like how, if you need to restart, it's simple, and feels non-judgemental.
