Love the game but............. – TriZen HD - Relaxing tangram style puzzles Review

I bought the three game package! Loved it got to level 10 than it stopped letting me go to the next puzzle I would have to close the game and go back into the game. Then I had to delete it and reload. Got to level 25after deleting it and reloading about 5 times and now I can't play the game at all because you did an update and my IPad 2 does not have the correct IOS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I WANT TO PLAY THE GAME
