Used to be good. Horrible CSR supervisors – Hotwire: Last Minute Hotels Review

RIPOFF!!!! Send them to the curb! Booked an alleged Super 8 upon arrival it's not a Super 8 hotel. Mom and pop, false advertising. After being loyal customer for YEARS, my "inconvenience" was awarded $15. Are you kidding me.
