In app purchases don't work – Checklist - The Ultimate App Review

The app itself works great, however I paid $1.99 to remove ads and it still shows me ads. Tried numerous reinstalls, restore purchases, etc. but no luck. Contacted their support email through the App Store, took forever to get a reply and all they said was to restart phone and restore purchases, which I had said that I already tried. No response to my follow up email.
