Videos won't run. Owners unresponsive. – Code School for Xcode & iOS Review

I was really looking forward to learning xcode but this APP has videos that, for unknown reasons, won't run on my IPad. I sent two emails to the owners and haven't gotten any response. Hopefully they will fix it soon or refund my money.
