It's a scam – Confetti - Geofilter Design Maker for Snapchat Review

Don't waste your money. They charge double than the real cost and never enable your filter. I submitted a filter two days ago and it is supposed to launch in 30 minutes but the status is still waiting for review!! I tried to reach them. I sent 3 emails and no response!!! They withdrew 15$. Why would they do it before getting the approval???
