Very limited ransom-ware, but easy to use – PhotoShrinker Review

Pretty good except: 1) It doesn't let you control image quality settings, dimensions of the resulting image, etc. 2) It is ransome-ware, which is just unclassy. The software forces you to rate it 5 stars to continue to use it.
