The app is a good idea but it freezes and shuts down if I try to shrink more than 100 images.

I’ve tried to find contact information for this company given that I pay for the app. After selecting photos, it says delete & then does not follow through with deleting the images any longer as it used to. I have screenshots—will someone please reach out to resolve? Or I will be forced to stop payment & use another app.

The app does a good job but the photos are put back into the camera roll in a different order. I have to shrink different groups of photos one at a time to keep the groups together.

Being free is the is best I can say about it. Two major issues: 1. Crashes randomly.—-and ALWAYS after you have gone to the riublenof manually selecting hundreds of photos. Has done this for YEARS. now. 2. It caches data and builds up storage Most defeating the purpose. In fact it is my second largest app behind iMovie with respect f to “data”. There is no way I am aware of other a Review to contact the engineer, so...am I wrong about this. So everyone be weary as it will consume a LOT of data. Mine was in gigabytes.

Won’t let me shrink certain pictures.

Requesting a refund. I had a few specific photos I needed to compress, and thought that perhaps a paid app would work (since free apps were having issues). Paid three bucks. This one allowed me to compress even fewer than any of the others. A total ripoff. Don’t buy.
