Used to be accurate.. – Data Usage Review

I try to monitor my Data Usage pretty closely during the month and have been using this app for years. The last two or three months this app has quoted my Data Usage 50% lower than the number I was getting from my carrier. I'm not sure what has changed in the last couple of months but the numbers have not been even close.
