Cannot access upgraded know if it was hijacked – Password Secure Manager App Review

I do not know what is going on. I purchased the program once before and it locked me out. I had to change all my major passwords as I do not know if it was hijacked I bought again same situation I was ? Upgraded and cannot access. Same results with fiance' she purchased and lost all her passwords 3 times your out !!
