Do not buy a subscription – Cooking Light Magazine Review

About 2 months ago I tried to buy a subscription from within the app on my iPad. One month went by and I still could not access digital subscriptions. I was bounced back and forth between Apple customer support and Cooking Light customer service trying to just set up a digital account for the subscription I had PAID for. I had even been told at one point on the phone to "google it" to figure it out?! We are on month 2, and Cooking Light is not responding to my emails to help me figure this out. No hard copies in the mail, no account number provided to me to create a digital account....nothing. Fortunately Apple is willing to cancel my subscription for me. It's too bad because I have always liked the recipes I have seen in this magazine.
