They do not appear to continue to support the app. The app should be taken off App Store if that is the case

I haven’t been able to login since the update. It doesn’t recognize my login. When I try to reset my password it says the account doesn’t exist. When I try to create a new account it says the account already exists.

I’m trying to be eco-conscious, and save paper, so I ordered a Cooking Light digital subscription through iTunes , but the app is only good for reading the magazine. There’s no way to bookmark or save a recipe. I remember years ago when the digital magazine was linked to myrecipe.com and had lots of interactive features, but no more. I’m unable to cancel my subscription for a refund but when it expires I’m going back to paper. It will be cheaper and less frustrating.

I have had the app for my magazine to be on my phone/ iPad instead of physical issues for about 2 years. I have many issues that are missing. This is frustrating given I could’ve bought the physical magazine subscription and had them in my hands

I subscribe to the print magazine, so I am supposed to get the digital magazine free. I sign in, and it keeps telling me to subscribe or to sign in. What a waste.

It’s been months since I lost the access and I have not been able to log in; when I contacted costumer service (twice) all they do is reset my password but I don’t think that is the problem. When I type in the user name and password, the page stay still ....nothing make it login so frustrated!

With the last update I lost 2 magazines....they just disappeared from the library. Customer service was not willing to help. Luckily iTunes cancelled my subscription and refunded me the money.

I can’t log into my account on the app. The log in button doesn’t work.

As a longtime subscriber, I love CL recipes; however, as a busy professional, I rely on the use of technology to organize, access, and use my recipes to plan menus, prepare shopping lists, and prepare meals. Reading recipes on my iPad is the same as reading the printed copy I receive in the mail. Why did CL eliminate the feature to store electronic copies directly from the app to MyRecipes?

Here's your chance to e-subscribe at no "extra" cost to the actual hard copy magazine.
