3 Stars for App- Zero Stars Customer Service – Edison Assistant Review

UPDATE July 2017 Log-in issues fixed. Now Yahoo mail issues. Asking me to reconnect every day and sometimes twice daily. A stupid error since the EasilyDo email app has no such issue. PREVIOUSLY IN MAY 2017 When it works it is 5 stars-- and is the perfect personal assistant. But the log-in issues, buggy updates and frankly lousy attitude from Customer Service, is atrocious, especially as a Premium user that pays $4.99 a month. To solve my issues with app ( since the worst update ever last week), I had to read other reviews and follow their great advice at figuring out how to fix. Hit test then production: then my Facebook log-in recognises my Premium account through iTunes and my membership since 2013. Hopefully this will continue to work properly, as customer service did not respond since Thursday. Admittedly it is the weekend, but as a Premium user, I expect better.
