It won't restore when I try. – Templar Battleforce RPG HD Review

My brother bought the full version of this game through the app. We are on the same apple account so our games are shared, I tried to restore it but it did not work. Does this mean I have to buy it separately or is this a glitch?i would like to know. I'm sure this game is fun but I cannot play it. All I need is an answer I would love to be able to play it.
