Sent a support request, no response – PromptSmart Pro - Teleprompter Review

This app's voice control does not work with my iPhone 6s. I'm a software developer so fairly technically inclined but this just doesn't work which defeats the purpose of buying this over competing apps. I'm going to request a refund from Apple.
