Is not reliable – Bluetooth Transfer File Free - Photo - Contact Share Review

It worked the first time I tried it so I kept it & stopped looking for an app that would allow me to transfer files, phone to phone, without the internet. Unfortunately, the second time I tried it, it would not connect to my other phone.
