App worked but now only get error – Number Search & Find hidden friends for Facebook Review

Error: "can't load URL: the domain of this URL is not included in the apps domains. To be blue to load this url add all domains and sub domains of your app to the app domains field in your app settings" does anyone know how to fix this?
