No Help – File Manager Pro App Review

File Manager Pro: I wanted to know about creating a folder in which to place a document created with the app; how to do so appears not possible or else extremely well camouflaged. Hmmm . . . Maybe contact "support" but that only takes me to a Web site called "zuhanden.de" (apparently in Germany); there is not much there about File Manager Pro. There is a link to "contact"---but that only takes one back to the Web site. More specifically now, given the inability to creat folders and the (apparently) complete lack of help, I would like to cancel the purchase and get a refund---but how to do that? That appears to be a mystery (geheimnisvoll), so I will follow up further with Apple and the App Store.
