Support not responsive - bundle payment was deceptive – Invoice Manager Review

I purchased this app in a bundle. However, I am unable to enter data beyond 3 entries because it's asking me to upgrade. I paid for an upgrade. I sent two messages to the developer and I've received no response. Very frustrating - I paid over $20 for the bundle with upgrades.
